About the Project
Residential Fire Safety (RFS) is a custom-built e-learning platform developed using LearnDash and WooCommerce to deliver scalable fire safety training for individuals and organizations. The platform combines online learning, group-based course management, and custom reporting features to support structured training delivery at scale.
Client Requirements
The client needed a customized LMS platform that extended beyond standard LearnDash functionality. Key requirements included group-based registrations, custom dashboards for group leaders, learner progress tracking, bulk user management, reporting exports, customized email reminders, and seamless course enrollment and payment workflows through WooCommerce.
Our Approach
We customized both LearnDash and WooCommerce to build a tailored training management platform aligned with the client’s needs.
Our approach included developing advanced group functionality where organizations can manage multiple learners under group leaders, alongside a custom dashboard showing training progress, pass/fail statuses, and visual reporting. We extended LearnDash functionality with advanced filtering, bulk actions, role-based access controls, reporting exports, certificates, and learner management tools.
On the commerce side, we customized WooCommerce to support course purchasing and registration workflows, integrating it seamlessly with the LMS for a smooth enrollment and learning experience.
