Dzyns is a web-based platform built to offer subscription-based creative design services combined with an internal project management system. The goal was to provide clients with a simple, structured way to request, manage, and track design work through an easy-to-use interface.

The client needed a web-based platform that combines subscription management with project and task handling. Key requirements included a clean and minimal UI (provided by the client), easy navigation, project creation and task management features, and subscription-based access using Stripe.

The platform also required two plans (Basic and Pro Agency), role-based dashboard access, and a system where project workflows are directly tied to active subscriptions.

We developed a fully custom web-based system that connects subscription management with project workflows in a seamless way. Users can subscribe to a plan, create projects, and manage tasks within each project through a structured dashboard experience.

We integrated Stripe to handle subscription billing, plan management, and access control based on active subscriptions. For authentication, we implemented social login using Google and Facebook to simplify onboarding.

On the system side, we built role-based dashboards where admins have full visibility over projects, subscribers, and platform activity. We also implemented analytics dashboards using Chart.js for visual insights, along with a notification system (in-app and email) to keep users updated.

To improve collaboration, we developed a real-time messaging feature using WebSocket, allowing teams to communicate within specific projects efficiently.
